10,502.3 acres with production from the upper Glen Rose dolomitic deposit (“A” Zone) at a depth of approximately 300 feet with a gravity range of 18-22 API, a medium gravity crude.

In total 142 wells have been drilled of which 92 are capable of production and of those 50 are active.

The area is owned under four full mineral leases (UHC 100% working interest) burdened with a 25% Royalty. The leases have been perpetuated by drilling to-date to 2014. The Leases are all extended by 90 days for every well drilled on any part of the lease area whether producing or not.

The area leased also has deep gas potential from the Pennsylvanian/Atocka formations at 9600 ft. The acreage is on trend with Vinegarone East gas field.
